Foremost, the 2026, Grade I Preakness Stakes will take place in Laurel Park, in Laurel, MD, for the first time in over 150 years. Historically, the Preakness is held at Pimlico Race Course, in Baltimore, MD, but that track is undergoing renovations. The $2 million dollar Preakness will post at 7:01 PM ET. It is lucky race 13 on a card of 14. Fourteen three year-old thoroughbred colts are entered for this 1 and 3/16 mile dirt race. The last two of the entries are gelded.

Don’t forget the fillies! The champion 3 year-old filly race is on Friday. Tune in to NBCSN from 5 PM to 6:30 PM on 5/15 to watch the Black-Eyed Susan Stakes. The filles race at 5:17 PM ET. That race may also be streamed on Peacock.
